It is designed to help users build discipline and focus through daily quotes, operating principles, journaling, streak tracking, reminders, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Apple Watch companion features, and Siri shortcuts.Driven is built with privacy in mind. The app does not require you to create an account, does not sell personal information, does not display third-party ads, and does not use third-party marketing, analytics, or advertising tools.1. Information Stored on Your DeviceDriven may allow you to save or create information inside the app, including:• Quote and preference selections (types, needs, season, tone)
• Journal entries, reflections, and notes
• Favorite quotes
• Streak and activity records
• Reminder and notification preferences
• Widget and Siri shortcut preferences
• Other app settings you selectThis information is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework in the app sandbox. We do not collect, access, upload, sell, or share your journal entries, reflections, notes, streaks, or personal app settings unless you explicitly enable optional iCloud sync (a premium feature), in which case Apple CloudKit may sync your data to your personal iCloud account under Apple’s policies.If you delete the app, locally stored information may also be deleted from your device, depending on your device settings and operating system behavior.2. App Group and Widget DataTo show your current quote and principle on widgets and Apple Watch, Driven writes short text snapshots (quote text, principle text, streak count) to a shared App Group container on your device. This data stays on your device and is readable only by Driven and its widget/watch extensions—not by other apps.3. Purchases and SubscriptionsDriven may offer paid features and subscriptions through in-app purchases. On Apple devices, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.We do not receive or store your full payment card number, banking information, or other full payment details. Apple may provide the app with limited purchase or subscription status information so paid features can be unlocked.Your purchases and subscriptions are also subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.4. Notifications and WidgetsDriven may use local notifications and widgets to display daily reminders, quotes, principles, or streak-related encouragement.You can manage notifications through your device Settings. Notification and widget content may be visible to anyone who can view your device screen. Avoid displaying sensitive information in notifications or widgets if you do not want others to see it.5. Information We Do Not CollectDriven does not collect or sell personal data for advertising purposes.Driven does not collect:• Your journal entries for marketing
• Your location
• Your contacts
• Your photos, microphone, or camera data
• Advertising identifiers
• Analytics or tracking data from third-party SDKsDriven does not use third-party advertising, third-party marketing SDKs, third-party analytics tools, or cross-app tracking technologies.6. No Tracking or AdvertisingDriven does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Driven does not use your information for targeted advertising, advertising measurement, third-party marketing, or data broker purposes. Driven does not sell personal information.7. Contacting UsIf you contact us by email for support, privacy questions, or feedback, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to your request. We do not use support emails for third-party advertising or sell support communications.8. Data RetentionBecause Driven stores user-created app content locally on your device, you control that information through the app and your device. You may delete locally stored content inside the app where available, or by deleting the app from your device.Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.9. Children’s PrivacyDriven is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has contacted us or provided personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.10. SecurityDriven is designed to keep user-created content on your device. However, no device, app, or electronic storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, passcode, Apple ID, and any device backup settings.11. Third-Party PlatformsDriven is distributed through the Apple App Store. Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and app distribution are handled by Apple. Apple has its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review Apple’s policies.12. Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Driven provides daily motivation, discipline-focused quotes, operating principles, journaling tools, streak tracking, reminders, widgets, Apple Watch features, Siri shortcuts, and related personal-growth features.Driven is designed to support personal reflection, focus, and consistent habits. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical care, mental health treatment, emergency services, legal advice, or financial advice.2. Not Professional AdviceIf you are experiencing an emergency, crisis, medical issue, mental health concern, or immediate safety risk, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.You are responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions you make based on content displayed in the App.3. Local Storage and User ContentDriven.App is designed to store user-created content locally on your device. This may include journal entries, reflections, notes, streaks, reminder settings, widget preferences, and other app settings.You retain ownership of the content you create in Driven.App. Because content is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining your device, passcode, backups, and security settings. If you delete the App, reset your device, or change devices, your locally stored content may be permanently lost.We are not responsible for lost, deleted, damaged, or inaccessible local content.4. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Free TrialsDriven.App may offer paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases. On Apple devices, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.Subscription pricing, billing periods, trial periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple. If you purchase a subscription, it may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date according to Apple’s rules.Except where required by law or by Apple’s policies, payments are non-refundable and partial billing periods may not be refunded.5. App Store TermsIf you download Driven through the Apple App Store, Apple’s applicable terms may also apply. If these Terms conflict with mandatory terms from Apple, Apple’s terms will control to the extent required.6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:• Use Driven for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access, modify, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its security features
• Upload, enter, or transmit malicious code
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit App content without permission
• Violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity7. Intellectual PropertyDriven’s name, branding, logos, design, software, user interface, features, original content, and related materials are owned by Gray Matr, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You may use Driven only for your personal, non-commercial use and only in accordance with these Terms.8. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Driven at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date. Your continued use of Driven after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Driven if we believe you violated these Terms or misused the App. You may stop using Driven at any time by deleting the App from your device.10. Disclaimers
Driven is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered at a specific time, that widgets will always display correctly, or that content will always be available on every device.11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gray Matr, LLC and its owners, developers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Driven will not exceed the amount you paid to use Driven during the twelve months before the claim arose, or $50, whichever is greater.12. Privacy
Your use of Driven is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Driven is designed to store user-created content locally on your device. We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising, marketing, or analytics tools.13. Children
Driven is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use Driven. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your location, you may use Driven only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.14. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.15.
